I am Gaytri Devi, a passionate yoga practitioner and Certified Yoga Instructor from Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga, New Delhi a premier institution recognized for excellence in yoga education and holistic wellness. With years of dedicated practice and teaching experience, my mission is to help individuals discover the transformative power of yoga in their daily lives.

I currently conduct Online sessions  offering personalized and group classes that cater to all levels  from complete beginners to seasoned yogis. Each session is designed to promote Inner peace, Weight Loss, Flexibility, Strength, Stress Relief and support the well-being of both body and mind.
